You’re welcome to browse the Site, view our content, and use the Site to learn about Celebration Church, our services, and our ministries. Our church name, logo, and any related marks are ours, and you may not use them without our permission. 4. Online Giving
Our Site includes a link to an online giving page operated by Mogiv, a third-party giving platform. When you give online, you leave our Site and use Mogiv’s platform, which has its own terms of use and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Mogiv’s platform, but we do receive giving records from Mogiv for our own recordkeeping and to issue tax receipts.
5. Links to Other Sites
Our Site may link to other websites, such as our social media pages or resources we recommend. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Links don’t imply our endorsement unless we say so.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a dispute arises under these Terms, we agree to first try to resolve it through mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Placer County, California, with any shared costs (other than attorney’s fees) split equally. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, we agree to submit it to binding arbitration in Placer County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
Notwithstanding the above, if you violate or threaten to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court located in Placer County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts for that purpose.
